What you'll do

• Serve as Manager on Duty
• assign staff positions and ensure policies are followed
• address customer service issues
• mentor and train staff
• coordinate dough production, dessert decoration, and baking schedules
• complete opening, shift-change, and closing procedures
• participate in developing an inclusive team culture.
