Compensation is $36–$43 per year. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator role is onsite in El Segundo, CA. The position partners with CesiumAstro’s Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment for a company developing communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other space and airborne platforms. The coordinator manages interview logistics, candidate communications, job postings, applicant tracking updates, onboarding checks, and recruiting reports. The role helps keep hiring organized and provides candidates and internal teams with a timely, professional recruitment experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• manage job postings and recruitment materials
• maintain candidate information and status in the applicant tracking system
• communicate updates to candidates
• support onboarding through background checks, drug screens, and start-date coordination
• pull recruitment metrics from the ATS
• collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience.
