Supply Planner

Job overview

The Supply Planner role is available remotely or onsite in Blair, NE, with onsite attendance required for the first two weeks of January. Pay is $36–$40 per hour. The planner supports inventory, production, supplier, and materials planning for an industrial technology organization serving a global network. The role exists to maintain product availability by executing supply plans, monitoring inventory and supplier performance, and coordinating with sales, operations, suppliers, and global supply teams. It also maintains planning data and supports improvements to inventory accuracy and planning efficiency.

What you'll do

• Execute supply plans against forecast demand, inventory targets, and production requirements
• analyze inventory, safety stock, lead times, supplier performance, production schedules, and logistics timelines
• collaborate with Sales, Operations, suppliers, and global supply teams to resolve constraints
• maintain ERP and planning data, including SKU creation, cycle counts, inventory records, and production schedules
• track supply chain KPIs and support continuous improvement.
