What you'll do

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life-safety, and control systems
• support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• maintain an energy management program
• inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• follow applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives
• handle hazardous materials according to departmental policies.
