IT Support Technician - Nassau County

Job overview

What you'll do

• Respond to help desk tickets
• troubleshoot computers, printers, network connectivity, and other IT equipment
• configure computers, peripherals, and software
• perform system and software maintenance and updates
• document support requests, resolutions, and IT inventory
• update knowledge base articles
• assist with network infrastructure
• train and support users
• collaborate on projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
