What you'll do

• Prepare and mix doughs and batters
• bake bagels and muffins using an industrial oven
• follow recipe procedures and production and presentation standards
• operate and clean ovens and kitchen equipment
• set up and stock the workstation
• complete prep work and communicate ticket times
• follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• work with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
• perform other job-related duties as assigned.
