What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, air handlers, thermostats, zoning controls, and indoor air quality components
• troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues
• verify system performance
• explain problems, solutions, pricing, and expectations
• document work
• maintain the service vehicle and tools
• and follow safety, EPA, and Maryland licensing requirements.
