The Front of House Team Member role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, and compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The position supports M Brothers at Mayo, an upscale-casual restaurant at Mayo Clinic’s Southside campus, serving hospital visitors and the general public. The team member helps deliver guest service by taking orders, preparing drinks and some food items, operating point-of-sale equipment, and maintaining clean service areas. The role supports smooth restaurant operations and a positive dining experience during busy periods.

What you'll do

• Take customer orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other drinks to specifications
• operate cash registers, point-of-sale, and credit card machines
• prepare foods such as sandwiches, flatbreads, breakfast, and grab-and-go items
• maintain customer relations and timely beverage service
• clean coffee machines, restaurant, restroom, and preparation areas
• communicate guest and store needs to managers.
