What you'll do

• Lead Finance and HCM functional workstreams covering core financials, payroll, and procurement
• align processes and outcomes across Finance and People & Culture
• resolve cross-functional conflicts, dependencies, and configuration issues
• support decisions and escalations
• validate functional designs and configuration decisions
• drive readiness for testing, data conversion, and training
• coordinate with system implementor counterparts and stakeholders
• maintain decision and dependency logs
• produce functional design documents and configuration records
• prepare readiness inputs and escalation briefs
• participate in governance and milestone reviews
• provide status, risk, issue, and decision support.
