What you'll do

• Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals
• review coverage at renewal and recommend changes as needed
• remarket renewals and coordinate renewal activities
• verify policy renewals and audits
• explain coverage, limitations, and exclusions
• assist customers with coverage changes and complex service needs
• process cancellation requests and follow up with carriers
• prepare quotes, applications, and binders
• maintain account records and keep producers informed.
