Maintenance Supervisor — Third Shift

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements
• ensure work orders and approvals are complete
• lead shift handovers and represent maintenance in production meetings
• review job packages and assign work
• coordinate backlog and priorities with planners and schedulers
• spend at least 60% of the shift on the production floor
• monitor work for safety, quality, time, cost, and completeness
• provide technical guidance
• manage crew attendance and payroll
• document maintenance data in SAP
• lead continuous improvement and training.
