The Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse – Nights role is onsite in Boonville, MO. Starting pay is $40–$44 per hour, with a weekday night differential of $4.25 per hour or weekend night differential of $4.75 per hour. The nurse supports Valley Hope of Boonville’s residential and outpatient addiction treatment services. The charge nurse supports nursing staff and patient care by assisting with supervision, training, documentation quality, medical care, and emergency response. The role also contributes to nursing quality improvement and staff development in a recovery-focused treatment setting.
What you'll do
- Assist the Nursing Director in supervising, orienting, and training nursing staff
- monitor treatment documentation quality
- provide performance feedback and mentoring
- support case management and inpatient medical care
- assist with emergency treatment according to established procedures
- participate in performance improvement activities
- assist with medication, treatment, and test administration as allowed by law
- support nursing staff competencies.

Why this role
Requires an associate’s degree in nursing, an active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, 4+ years of clinical nursing experience, 4+ years of progressive relevant experience including 1+ year of charge-nurse experience, and CPR certification. Night hours are 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
