What you'll do

• Oversee regional programs’ clinical quality, operations, medical care, staffing, and financial performance
• coach and hold program leaders accountable
• set treatment vision and curriculum
• make decisions on emergency care and high-risk admissions
• monitor program metrics
• lead leadership hiring and disciplinary decisions with the CEO/EVP
• maintain licensing, accreditation, and compliance
• build referral, hospital, and payer relationships.
