What you'll do

• Recruit and interview candidates
• support hiring from requisition through onboarding
• coordinate orientation, benefits education, and HR system training
• assist with benefits, leave, and 401(k) activities
• respond to employee HR questions
• support engagement and recognition programs
• assist with employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, separations, and offboarding
• maintain confidential records and reports
• support audits
• provide payroll coverage as needed
• process employment verifications.
