What you'll do

• Represent banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities. Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents. Manage multiple transactions, communicate complex matters clearly, and provide client service. Massachusetts bar admission is required
