What you'll do

• Own paid acquisition across renter and host demand
• manage campaign architecture, audiences, bidding, pacing, and optimization
• set channel strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
• partner with Creative and product teams on creative and conversion testing
• develop offline-channel tests and measurement plans
• manage budgets, forecasts, goals, and reporting
• lead and coach three paid performance leads
• partner with Data, Lifecycle, and Sales.
