What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager on daily restaurant operations
• lead, coach, train, develop, motivate, and retain team members
• run shifts from opening through closing

• support scheduling and staffing
• monitor sales, labor, costs, and operating metrics
• manage inventory, ordering, waste, and cost controls
• support recruiting and onboarding
• handle guest concerns
• help execute game days, concerts, parties, and special events
• identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
