Shuttle Driver - Class B

The Shuttle Driver - Class B role is an onsite position based in Los Angeles, CA. This role exists to provide safe and courteous transportation for customers between the parking facility and the airport. The driver is responsible for vehicle inspections, assisting passengers with luggage, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

What you'll do

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices.
• Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
