Lead Water Restoration Technician

The Lead Water Restoration Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Imperial, MO, paying $20–$25 per hour. The technician supports Midwest Mold Removal LLC’s restoration work serving communities in the St. Louis and Illinois areas. The role leads water-damage restoration projects and crews, carrying work from initial assessment through completion. It contributes to restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other environmental damage through extraction, drying, remediation, documentation, and customer communication.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise water restoration projects
• perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping
• set up and monitor drying equipment
• conduct mold inspections and cleaning
• document progress, readings, and equipment placement
• communicate with property owners, adjusters, and project managers
• train junior technicians
• operate tools and specialized equipment.
