What you'll do

• Support resident retention and renewal workflows
• address resident concerns
• oversee voucher administration and compliance
• monitor maintenance follow-up and work orders
• oversee delinquency, collections, capital expenditure tracking, invoices, and vendor payment workflows
• support legal processes and regulatory compliance
• analyze portfolio data and support operational standards.
