What you'll do

• Communicate daily assignments, demonstrate work methods, and coach crew members respectfully
• train and reinforce approved procedures
• report performance or training concerns to the Team Supervisor
• provide supervisor coverage when assigned within delegated authority
• help prepare for daily work and ensure equipment and supplies are ready
• assist with vaccine preparation and vaccination quality checks, including temperature monitoring
• reinforce animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety practices
• identify practical workflow and quality improvements and carry out approved projects.
