The Field Marketing Manager role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Compensation is $17–$24 per hour. The role supports Fleet Feet Nashville’s mission to serve all people and all paces through medical marketing, corporate outreach, charitable partnerships, and event planning. The manager builds community and business relationships and coordinates marketing activities that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Working with the Marketing Director, store teams, and internal partners, the role helps plan and deliver outreach, events, and sales initiatives across the Nashville area.

What you'll do

• Connect with medical providers and coordinate medical nights
• maintain medical and corporate partner relationships
• identify workplace-fit partnerships and relevant events
• plan and staff in-store and off-site events, including gym weeks, vendor demos, and health fairs
• develop charitable partnerships
• distribute community collection funds and manage footwear donation collection and distribution
• support race and partner expos and sales events
• maintain initiative records and reporting
• collaborate with store teams and internal departments.
