What you'll do

• Assist with meal preparation
• receive, store, and prepare food according to dietary standards
• maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and food storage areas
• open or close the kitchen
• follow cleaning schedules and food safety requirements
• document food temperatures
• assist with special events and theme meals
• assist in supervising dietary staff.
