What you'll do

• Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, including pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds
• develop individualized care plans and implement evidence-based protocols
• perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and debridement as needed
• educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
• monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• document care and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
