Unarmed Security Officer — Mon View, Evening Shift

The Unarmed Security Officer role is onsite in West Mifflin, PA, with pay of $19 per hour. The schedule is 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. OPS Security Group’s security officers protect people, information, and property while providing customer service. The officer serves as a frontline security presence by monitoring assigned areas, responding to emergencies, deterring crime, and documenting incidents. Patrols, access control, conflict de-escalation, and professional interactions help protect clients, guests, and coworkers.

What you'll do

• Deliver customer service

• perform ingress and egress control
• investigate incidents
• complete daily logs and incident reports
• conduct walking or vehicle patrols
• maintain professional rapport with clients, guests, and coworkers
• de-escalate conflicts
• monitor CCTV cameras
• perform other related duties as assigned.
