Maintenance Supervisor — Brentwood Apartments

• Manage supplies and equipment for maintenance, custodial, and grounds teams
• respond to work orders and make-ready tasks
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• ensure safety policies and OSHA standards are followed
• fulfill on-call responsibilities
• supervise in-house and vendor work
• evaluate maintenance products
• resolve work problems
• maintain tools and vendor communications
• report unusual community or resident circumstances
• supervise and direct team members.
