Electrical Project Manager, Commercial Construction

The Electrical Project Manager role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $90,000–$140,000 per year. Fountain Services delivers electrical construction projects across North and South Carolina for commercial and industrial clients. This role leads multiple commercial electrical construction projects from estimating handoff through closeout, coordinating field operations and project partners while managing schedules, budgets, quality, and safety. The work supports successful project delivery and customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial electrical construction projects from planning through closeout
• monitor schedules, budgets, productivity, and profitability
• coordinate purchasing, subcontractors, material deliveries, and field leadership
• review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
• conduct jobsite visits and meetings
• maintain quality and safety requirements
• identify risks and implement solutions.
