What you'll do

• Provide speech therapy and initiate referrals when appropriate
• evaluate residents and gather information for treatment planning
• develop treatment plans with goals
• instruct patients, families, and staff in procedures that support therapeutic carryover
• complete medically necessary documentation in NetHealth
• oversee and implement FEES/MBS protocols in coordination with site programs
• participate in resident screening protocols.
