The Senior Relationship Banker role is based onsite in Royal Oak, MI. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m.–1:15 p.m. Pay is $24–$25 per hour. The role supports Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union members and its service and growth goals. The banker identifies members’ financial needs, explains and offers appropriate products, processes accounts and loan applications, and works with internal teams to resolve concerns. The role contributes to deeper member relationships through accurate, consultative service across in-person, phone, and email interactions.

What you'll do

• Use consultative interviews to identify financial needs and solutions
• facilitate HELOC, mortgage, and IRA processes
• open and maintain consumer and business accounts
• process consumer loan applications and related products
• educate members about products and services
• process transactions and update account records
• research and resolve member concerns with internal departments
• coordinate with lending and loan-processing staff
• support department tasks and daily reports
• comply with applicable policies and regulations.
