Medicare MDS Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN)

The Medicare MDS Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $52–$58 per hour. It also supports nursing interventions, required documentation, resident safety, and communication across the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the Medicare/MDS resident assessment process
• ensure the interdisciplinary team completes assessments on time
• coordinate care-plan development, implementation, and evaluation
• coordinate or provide nursing treatments and interventions as needed
• support infection control and safety practices
• coordinate emergency measures under center policy
• maintain required documentation
• participate in assigned meetings and in-services
• protect resident rights.
