Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• reconcile balance sheet accounts
• support monthly close, balance sheet reviews, and audit requests
• prepare financial reports and variance analyses
• support inventory reporting, standard cost revisions, and forecasting
• manage accounts receivable aging and process credit memos and RMA transactions
• coordinate revert/scrap tracking and related invoices
• reconcile payroll
• and identify accounting process and internal-control improvements.
