CNC Programmer

What you'll do

• Develop, write, and modify CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers
• interpret drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T
• create toolpaths using Mastercam or other CAM software
• select tools, fixtures, feeds, and speeds
• perform prove-outs and troubleshoot first-article machining
• optimize cycle times while maintaining quality
• verify programs and maintain documentation
• manage revisions
• assist with fixture and tooling improvements
• follow safety and manufacturing standards
• contribute to continuous improvement.
