What you'll do

• Greet and check in guests and provide information
• respond professionally to guest requests
• answer telephone calls and emails promptly
• coordinate solutions to room problems and share follow-up needs with departments
• reconcile cashier transactions and review and compile management reports
• verify guest billings and city ledger transactions
• communicate deficiencies to management
• maintain the lobby
• follow property and emergency procedures
• monitor property security and overnight guest needs
• help prepare the breakfast area
• complete and distribute audit reports
• serve as manager on duty overnight
• follow cash, check, credit card, accounts receivable, and deposit controls
• verify and balance food-and-beverage Micros
• adjust or correct accounts as needed.
