What you'll do

• Plan and direct division operations

• manage programs, policies, and procedures
• coordinate program and financial data and evaluate performance
• oversee projects and new initiatives
• analyze policy and legislative changes
• maintain relationships with partner agencies, funders, and government officials
• support quality assurance, audits, licensing, and accreditation
• develop and monitor budgets
• supervise staff and coordinate hiring, training, and performance reviews.
