Property Manager

The Property Manager role is onsite in Muskegon, MI, with pay of $22–$26 per hour. The manager reports to a Regional Manager and works with the Accounting Department and Vice President of Property Operations. The role oversees property operations, staff, budgets, compliance, resident services, and maintenance coordination. It supports the effective management of affordable housing properties and resident needs.

What you'll do

• Train, hire, onboard, supervise, and review property staff
• coordinate budgets and review financial packages
• complete compliance tasks and property inspections
• manage accounts receivable and payable
• process applications, recertifications, rent payments, work orders, and resident communications
• coordinate bids and preventative maintenance
• prepare reports and manage properties within approved budgets.
