What you'll do

• Lead group Pilates classes using mat techniques
• assess client fitness levels, needs, and goals to develop personalized training programs
• guide proper form and technique
• modify exercises for client abilities, injuries, or special conditions
• educate clients on body awareness, posture, and core strength
• maintain studio cleanliness and equipment organization
• stay current with industry trends and continuing education.
