What you'll do

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and related equipment
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and machining issues
• analyze test cuts and part results
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• support installations and customer audits
• train customers and team members on machine operation and maintenance
• maintain customer relationships and communicate during service calls
• complete service reports and documentation.
