What you'll do

• Supervise and coach colleagues
• ensure assigned tasks are completed according to procedures
• enforce company policies and applicable requirements
• use cost-control tools for food, paper, and labor
• oversee production, temperature logs, waste tracking, inventory counts, sales and cash reconciliation, training, guest concerns, and banking when covering shift-manager duties
• may assist with truck orders and deliveries, scheduling, interviews, reference checks, and training shift managers.
