Provider Network Coordinator

Job overview

The Provider Network Coordinator role is hybrid in Chandler, AZ, with full-time in-office work during the first 60 days and a hybrid schedule available after training. What you'll do

• Build and maintain provider relationships
• respond to inquiries about contracts, claims, demographics, and concerns
• maintain provider rosters and directories
• communicate network changes to internal departments, health plans, and CMS REACH ACO Model contacts
• process new contracts and provider updates
• assist with amendments and contract reviews
• identify process and communication improvements.
