What you'll do

• Lead the Safety and Equipment teams
• oversee fleet asset management, preventive maintenance compliance, utilization, vendor coordination, and readiness
• lead transportation safety and DOT compliance programs
• oversee driver qualification, onboarding, monitoring, and training
• administer DOT drug and alcohol testing
• lead audits, inspections, and safety reviews
• manage accident reporting, investigations, claims, and corrective actions
• analyze and report safety metrics
• monitor contracted carrier compliance
• partner with operational leadership on safety and continuous improvement.
