What you'll do
- Manage building enclosure consulting, commissioning, and testing projects, including scope, schedule, budget, coordination, and deliverables
- lead technical work on new and existing buildings
- perform or oversee field investigations, inspections, and performance testing
- review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and enclosure details
- develop practical solutions
- prepare technical reports and project documentation
- lead or participate in project meetings
- coordinate construction-phase reviews, observations, issue tracking, and corrective work
- communicate with project stakeholders.
