What you'll do

• Work with the Director of Nurses and assistant to implement recommended changes
• supervise nurses and aides
• monitor residents and report changes
• assess newly admitted or readmitted residents and document in the 24-hour report
• monitor nursing documentation
• liaise between nursing staff and attending physicians
• check supplies and equipment.
