What you'll do

• Gather information and requirements from subject matter experts
• clarify technical concepts with stakeholders
• assist in developing user guides, job aids, reference cards, and presentations
• document SAP processes and procedures
• create visual learning elements
• participate in interactive learning activities
• follow style guides and review cycles
• update materials based on feedback and system changes
• support training-session preparation.
