What you'll do

• Build students' bilingual skills and understanding of the Spanish language, help students gain confidence in navigating authentic sources, teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, cultivate students' cultural awareness, build students' skill and comfort with conversation in Spanish, work with the Spanish department to determine academic and engagement goals, meet weekly with principal/coach to analyze student work, learn and implement differentiation strategies, build positive relationships with students, partner with families, engage in professional development, participate in school-wide meetings.
