What you'll do

• Support recruitment across hospital locations, including difficult-to-fill and leadership roles
• monitor vacancies and applicant activity
• audit recruiting practices
• assist with sourcing, screening, campaigns, referral programs, and hiring events
• support benefits enrollment and administration
• audit benefit elections and deductions
• reconcile HRIS, payroll, enrollment, and vendor data
• coordinate issue resolution
• document audit findings and track corrective actions
• maintain tracking tools and report metrics.
