What you'll do

• Serve as primary interface for assigned Tier I and Tier II customers
• coordinate onboarding, account setup, and testing information in laboratory and CRM systems
• review initial sample certificates of analysis and invoices with customers
• answer inquiries and communicate test results or delays
• document interactions
• coordinate projects with internal teams
• assist with complaints and billing issues
• monitor project progress
• review analytical reports
• maintain client files
• manage account business and financial matters with Sales
• route leads
• identify cross-selling opportunities
• support Sales and customer relations teams.
