What you'll do
- Escort and prepare patients for visits
- collect histories and vital signs and document information in charts
- assist physicians and physician assistants with examinations and procedures
- perform supervised nursing procedures, injections, and specimen collection
- conduct CLIA-waived testing, venipuncture, capillary punctures, and electrocardiography
- schedule appointments and referrals
- manage medication refills and prior authorizations
- maintain patient records, supplies, exam rooms, and sterilization logs
- work at other Tryon office locations as needed.
