What you'll do

• Prepare for customer interactions, build rapport, and understand customers’ financial goals
• explain Seacoast Bank products and services and match them to customer needs
• respond to service requests and refer complex matters appropriately
• process checks, cash, and negotiable-instrument transactions
• balance the cash drawer daily
• follow AML/BSA, audit, security, dual-control, and other banking procedures
• help resolve customer concerns
• develop familiarity with consumer deposit and lending products, outbound calling, and customer-facing technology
• participate in community or civic events.
