Deputy Finance Director

What you'll do

• Support the biweekly payroll process and serve as its main backup
• oversee budgeting, accounting, reporting, and cash flow activities
• prepare financial statements and internal reports
• assist with annual budget development and administration
• conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
• guide procurement procedures
• track expenditures against approved budgets
• maintain internal controls and compliance
• coordinate audit preparation
• recommend operational improvements
• advise senior leaders on financial statements and operational needs
• maintain financial ties and contracts with partner organizations.
