What you'll do

• Own end-to-end production test strategy across wafer sort, final package test, characterization, screening, and volume ramp
• develop, debug, release, and optimize test programs
• define test methodology, coverage, screening, and release criteria
• lead silicon bring-up, characterization, correlation, guardbanding, and test transfer
• analyze yield and quality issues and drive root cause
• work with OSATs, foundries, ATE vendors, and internal design, DFT, product, reliability, and manufacturing teams
• develop test automation, infrastructure, and analytics.
